The Won-Door FireGuard fire door was the first accordion type fire door to successfully pass US nationally recognized tests to withstand the passage of fire. The un-insulated Won-Door FireGuard products are listed by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) for up to 3 hours and have been assessed to AS1530.4 to “at least 2 hours” as a rated door assembly. While the insulated model Won-Door FireGuard Moveable Firewall has been tested in accordance with ASTM E-119 and UL 263 in USA as a 2-hour insulated moveable fire wall.

BRANZ Report FAR 3847 Issue 2
  • This report dated 13th June 2012, is BRANZ’s assessment of the fire resistance rating of the Won-Door FireGuard door tested by Underwriters Laboratory to UL10b, if it had been tested in accordance with AS1530.4-2005.
BRANZ Report FAR 3571
  • This report dated 10th December 2010, is BRANZ’s assessment of the fire resistance of the Won-Door FireGuard door tested by Underwriters Laboratory to UL10b, if it had been tested in accordance with BS 476 Part 22 1987.
BRANZ Report FAR 3576
  • This report dated 10th December 2010, is BRANZ’s assessment of the fire resistance of the Won-Door FireGuard door with increased panel size up to 8.4m high x unlimited width, but otherwise as tested and assessed in BRANZ assessment report FAR 3571, tested by Underwriters Laboratory to UL10b, if it had been tested in accordance with BS 476 Part 22 1987.
UL Report R6799-2
  • This is the report from Underwriters Laboratory, dated 20th November 1997, testing the fire resistance of the Won-Door FireGuard door for 3 hours, to UL10b.
UL Report R12272
  • This is the report from Underwriters Laboratory, dated 8th April 2005, testing the insulation properties of the FireGuard Movable Firewall door for 2 hours. Tested in accordance with ANSI / UL 263 (ASTM E119, NFPA No. 251).
